Refund: According to the law, the customer can apply for the refund by sending the product back within 60 days, sealed and in good condition as received. Shipment, except for the cases provided by law, is the responsibility of the customer.
If the products have been received damaged the customer must contact us within 3 days and inform us by providing us details and photos of the damage. We will make arrangements to have a product replacement if the damaged product has returned to our base and has been verified. The products must be sealed and placed in the original box or in an appropriate box.
